Geographically transferable careers

I'd like to move out of London at some point, but feel hampered by the work I do, which is library/information/web stuff. What can I do that will give me a bit more freedom to move to smaller places? It all seems to be about chefs and care assistants when I look. Is there anything else?

Shop or bar work?

Consultant of some sort or self employed like a beautician or hairdresser.
