Anyone work in a children's centre?

I have been off for a year and half since I had dd2 and am back at work tomorrow. It's a new job so I am nervous although I am familiar with most of the other staff and they seem nice.

Anyway would anyone be prepared to talk to me about what I could be behind with? From the meeting I attended there seems to be more evidence being given about target groups using centres and dd s childmindersmentioned the bercow report? I need to read upon Clare tickell stuff atop I think? I'd be really grateful for any tips !
