eeek! I'm scared to death. Haven't worked in one before but have 20 years of customer service under my belt. What questions am I likely to be asked? I have good local knowledge and read and re-read their website in case I get asked any questions about the company. What else can I do?

What's most important for interviews is that:

  1. you practice how to introduce yourself in an original manner, also short and sweet
  2. you know a lot about the company
  3. you ask good questions at the end (but nothing related to the salary)
  4. you 'act out' being confident, happy, as if there's nowhere else you'd like to be other than there
  5. you dress smart but also comfortable
  6. you study very very hard the job specifications and you remember (more or less) how you fulfill each of them and give an appropriate example for each of them from your own previous experience
Look up on google any other tips on "how to prepare for an interview".
