He's always been in top sets and goes on gifted and talented visits etc... but today he said he'd been chosed to represent the school in a quiz
I'm really proud of him. He doesn't get big headed about his gift which is good.

Thanks I am proud.

He's so funny, he said he has a victory dance if he wins and a loser's dance if he loses so either way he can't lose

Well done your DS

I did this when i was at primary school it was a nature quiz with some bloke from the telly (no one overly famous) and we won!

I hope he has a great time.

I did something like this at school too. It was run by the police and they'd take us to 'away' matches in big white police vans. They'd pretend to shout at us for being arrested

So gifted and talented's been going for a while then?
One of his school mate's wasn't happy that DS1 had been picked. His parents hot house him...both are teachers but not saying all teachers are like that. He said "But I'm gifted and talented" Feel sorry for him really. He is very bright but seems under a lot of pressure.
