Bless his little heart, it brought a tear to my eye!
He sat with his little pen and paper, and wrote the first 4 letters all on his own, then I did a dotty letter "y" to finish it.

Bless.
Now he will write on everything - your diary, books, walls

Well done to DS.
Not sure it quite compares with Mozart writing 1st sonata at 4yo though?

definitely G + T

it's so sweet watching them concentrate on something like this

Sweet .
My DS has SN and the first time he wrote his name he was about six and he wrote it in letters about 6 inches high all across his newly painted bedroom.
We should have been cross but we were so proud

He is clearly G&T too. We had the police here today and he informed them very solomly "police good. Police almost never kill you" .
Good pertinent info I thought

Sorry to burst the bubble dd did that first just before 3 and tried to write it every where.
But since going to school hates writting though has lovely handwritting and only now nearing the end of Y2 is reallty startinng to enjoy writting again.
Enjoy the monent but don't push it, I think that's what happened when dd started school.

Why would it burst my bubble Lexcat? I'm proud of my son, and wanted to share it. That your DC did it earlier does not take anything away from my son's achievement.

Well done him!!! You should be really proud! Even more impressive is his name is Jeremy rather than Jay I guess. my DD has 8 letters in her first name .
