can i add formula milk with cows milk

my twins are now 15months and i can not get them off thier formula milk, they will not drink cows milk. anyone know if i can mix the both together to try and wean them onto cows milk. they are still on 24oz a day

Yes you can mix them together. I had same problem with DD.....so I gradually increased the amount of cow's milk I added to formula (an oz at a time over the course of a couple of weeks)

Ive done it. Started by adding 1oz cows milk per bottle first week and 2 the next. Worked like a dream for me.

SHould work OK - obviously start off with a mostly formula and a bit of cows milk and just keep shifting the proportions until it's all cow's milk!
