I noticed to lumps down below, they just appeared during a day. There was no itching / scratching and it isn't exactly sore just very worrying. One lump is quite a lot bigger than the other, I keep hoping they are just spots but realistically, I know they are not. I was wondering could that be boils? How can I treat them or do I really need to see a doctor? Its quite difficult to get to the doctors but I will if I really have to.

Its best to go doctors. My sister had a lump down there which was the size of a malteser! It turned out to be nothing, but it is best to get it checked out!

there is cream you can get for boils, but where are they front or back?? My sis had a abces (spelling) down there (front)... But i would advise to go to the doc to get checked out...

I had lumps after DD was born. It was horrible. But you have glands down there which can flare up; that's what mine was. Don't fret! A quick course of antibiotics cleared it up fast. I was so happy after that!

they are the same colour as the rest of the area, no chnage. They are also not round, more of a sausage shape! They do not hurt either but I have noticed they getting a bit itchy but I haven't scratched them, I thought the itchiness feeling was a sign that it was healing? Or is that just wishful thinking!

Well, I dragged myself to the doctors this morning and have been told its my glands. Been given antibiotics but have been warned that sometimes they fill up with water and need to be drained at the hospital. I hope they don't, will be checking them every hour on the hour
