Coming off the Pill .....

came off the pill over a month and a half ago ( after 22 years ) and and still my period has not started.

I am teribly moody and feel very vulnerable and insecure - not really like me ... is this down to the hormones - or the lack of them !!

I am getting nightsweats like you wouldn;t believe and spend most of the night sleeping on the floor as I am so hot ..... I used to wear skisocks and flannel jammies !!

Tell me this is normal and that I am not hitting "the change" ....

Still waiting for the weight to drop off .... !

Normal I would think. Your hormones are thinking "what the !&@!? where have the supplements gone?".

Took me about 6 months to start ovulating again after coming off the pill, although I did have some random "periods" during that time. Also, when my cycle did get going again, it was different from what it had been 10 years before when I went on the pill. It got shorter and more regular, but I suppose it could go the other way too?
