I am having tests for stomach ache , changeable bowels etc and have just got blood tests results back and not sure what they mean, gp calling later in week, but curious, haemoglobin is low at 9.8, ferritin normal at 93.3 so not anaemic and ESR normal. Gp said as I had low haemoglobin and 55 not having periods it would mean internal bleeding, which should show I am anaemic which I am not, weird huh? Googling does not really help.
