'squeezing' pain in side every few seconds-any ideas please?

Since I woke up this morning, I've had a squeezing pain in my left side (about waist high) every few seconds. I think it's getting stronger but that might just be cos I'm focusing on it. Been to the loo so don't think it's that.

I'm probably a bit paranoid cos due back at work on Wednesday after 11 months off being treated for breast cancer and I can't be ill again!

Any ideas please?

Could it be ovulation pain.? I get squeezing type pains every few seconds for a few hours when ovulating.
