Appointment with gp, but symptoms better? Go or not?!

Last week I had a problem with my leg which meant I had pain in my leg with every step and I could hardly walk. First available appointment at gp was today, but leg seems much better. Should I still see gp? I feel a bit of a fraud using an appointment but would like to know what it could have been, how to prevent happening again?!

I think you should still go, the second you cancel it the pain will probably return and with the weekend coming up and having to wait for apts it could be ages until you get another one.

Thanks lorigrimes, I think you are right, I had to wait eight days for this appointment!
