I noticed one last week, here i think, and jsut wanted to say to look up 'frozen shoulder' or 'adhesive capsulitis', and see if that's waht it is (cannot find the original thread now). Acc to my physio, it's very rare, esp if youare under 50, but if you do have it then there are exercises you can do to help.
I often jsut read idly and don't sign in, hence me missing the post at the time < tired and lazy emoticon>.
