Recurrent sore penis in OH

Ok, firstly, OH would kill me if he knew I ask asking about this here!! But it's starting to damage our sex life, so I need help. And secondly, there will be a bit TMI.

Every time we have sex, OH ends up with a sore penis afterwards - it develops a rash of sorts on the head, which is red and lumpy. It itches too. The first few times it happened, we thought it was thrush, so we were both treated for it by the doctor and it went away. But it does keep coming back, and only for him. I have had no symptoms at all, aside from the first time.
He's been using Canesten and Hydrocortisal cream on it, which clears it up after a few days. But then we have sex again, and it comes back. It is very frustrating, and is really hurting our sex life.

Does this suggest that maybe he is allergic in some way to me and my er....juices?? I would really appreciate any advice on this (I am trying to convince him to see our new doctor, but he's been quite stubborn about it). Thanks in advance!

Are you using a condom?

Is this a new relationship or an older one? Has it always happened?

Had he had an STI check recently?

No condoms.

We've been together for 2 years and have a 9 month old baby together.

The first time it happened was just before I got pregnant (when we both got treated for thrush) and has now been happening on and off for the past 18 months. But only for him, not for me.

No he hasn't - do you think it's an STI?

It may be just rubbing. My dp had this and he definitely had no sti as he d been tested. Funnily enough, I used to feel like I had a bad reaction to an ex partner's semen. I don t to my current dp so it can happen
