Plain unflavoured bio yoghurt, that is about all that i can think off. I went through bouts of having it really bad, you have my sympathy.
The itching drove me insane

You don't need a drs appointment for thrush, the treatments are all available from the local pharmacy, some areas even supply them free of charge if you don't pay for NHS prescriptions.

Avoid eating anything with yeast/sugar in. You will be feeding it.

Not to help with the symptoms as such, but to avoid irritating it further. Drink lots of plain water, and when you pee, pat don't rub with the tissue

Cold water applied when it itches will help soothe it if you have no yoghurt, you have my sympathy I suffered horribly when I was younger

I'm in Scotland we don't pay for our prescriptions u phoned the drs on Friday to see if I could get the dr to leave me a prescription but she wouldn't do it without seeing me first as I've just had a baby and this is the first I've ever had it .
