Not sure where to start....I'm feeling anxious that something isn't right but I don't want to google.

I am 22 days late, no spotting which is strange for me.

I am TTC but I've done tests that all say I'm not pregnant.

I have been suffering sharp pains in my left side which I keep thinking is where my overy would be located. It is now a dull pain, I'm sat down and it hurts but it was worse earlier.

I have really bad diarrhoea so feel generally crap. Could it be wind? But the fact that its located on my left side only is making me worry.

The thing is because I'm anxious about it I'm not sure if I'm overreacting.

Is it something that needs looking at now (ectopic keeps coming to mind) or should I just book a routine appointment with GP (who are pretty rubbish and make me feel like I'm waste their time so I am reluctant to go)

Ring Nhs direct at the very least I'd say.

Can ectopic produce too low an amount of hormone to be picked up?

I don't know that in any way for sure, it just seems very dodgy that you are so late and now this pain started.

Bumping your thread anyway!

Just googling for you - few instances to support my theory about negative tests due to hormone levels.

Diahorrea (sp?) is a symptom of ectopic.

I think you should get it checked out quite urgently, better be safe than sorry

Hi Fanta, I am on my phone so cba to keep name changing!!

Thank you for your posts, it prompted me to call NHS Direct who said I need to go to A&E. I was worried they wouldn't take me seriously as it's not horrendous pain that's making me scream, it's just uncomfortable and worrying as im so late.

They said better to be safe than sorry.
