My mum had two bowel polyps removed back in June, they were only tiny but could have turned into cancer if not treated. Since then she has had a tender pain, just under her ribcage, and her stomach feels really tender. The consultant gave her anti inflammatories but have not helped. We are waiting for her test to come back ( stool examination) and also waiting for another colonoscopy. Is this related to the bowel polyps being removed or something else? any advice would be grateful. Thinking the worst, surely they would have suspected anything when they did the colonoscopy back in June.
