I have had nasty winter flu type bug since Saturday. I haven't felt like eating anything and am just sipping water. I'm shattered. It's sadly nt sick but other end and water is going straight though me.
I'm fancying noddles, but can't see how it can get worse, but would it be awful? I have always been told to starve a bug but not sure if this still stands,
Tia

I always figured you ahould do what your body tells you - so eat if hungry - but this isn't based on anything scientific!

Hope you feel better soon

When I had food poisoning I was told to avoid dairy & fats as the bugs live these, but dry toast, super noodles etc were fine.

Poor you, hope you feel better soon.

Love these, not live these.

No, up to date advice is to eat if hungry, especially starchy foods so noodles would be ideal. Have some toast with them if you feel up to it. Keep your fluids up too.
