spot scars on breast.....

Just wondered if anyone has any tips for getting rid of these? On one breast I have about four small bumps which I think are basically spots which didn't come to a head and have scarred. I have shown them to my GP who has said that they are a skin thing and nothing to worry about, but I just wondered if there is a way to get rid of these small 'scars'. They're not huge, but they are noticeable as they are just slightly redder than the other skin.
Any magic way of getting rid of them?
Thanks in advance!

They sound as if they might be like the ones lots of people get on their arms? Little raised bumps, maybe a bit red? If so, foot cream with urea in (icky, but true) is good. It wants to be about 15% or so.

Bio-oil might help to fade them - if you use it everyday religiously for a few months. I scar really easily because I'm very pale so am left with a red mark whenever I have a minor cut or spot. Bio-oil seems to help. (But who knows if it's the bio-oil or the time that fades them! It's a nice moisturiser anyway.)
