Alternative therapies

I have just become a hopeless insomniac and have decided enough is enough and have got some leaflets on alternative therapies - Reflexology, Reiki, Meditation. Just wondered if anyone else used any of these and how they helped. I know the basics of them and know they are all different - but would love some feed back.

I have reflexology and I do sleep better aftert a session.
Also apparently if you press your thumb up the outside of your other hand from the wrist up to your little finger tip it helps for sleep problems.
