Why do I feel so tired all the time?

Title says it all really - for the last two weeks I have felt exhausted almost all the time - sometimes so tired i can barely stay awake. I have dizzy spells as well.

Any thoughts on why i feel so dreadful and what might be causing it are welcome!

I have been feeling very tired and lethargic for a while now. And for no obvious reason I can think off - such as not sleeping, work, etc. I spoke to my Gp about it just before Christmas and she sent me for blood tests to check my iron, glucose and thyroids. I have to go back to the GPs in the next week to get my results.

Might be worth going and asking.
