Is this psoraisis?

I have a few red patches in various places. They tend to 'scab' over with white flaky skin, which I then pick off!
I used some hydrocortisone cream from my mum - which her doc gave her for 'fungal' skin prob on her fingers. It seemed to clear my red bits up a bit - but they have returned since I've stopped using her cream.
Anything I can get over the counter for this??

could be any kind of skin condition ... yes it sounds like psoriasis but could also be any other kind of skin complaint .. get it diagnosed
