I was talking to someone who is a practitioner in this field and I was talking about feeling really tired and lethargic alot. She asked if I ate pork and I realised Ive been eating TONS of cured meat every week, but just didnt think about it as pork!! She said that this creates a disease in the body and she named it and I cant remember what it is, as want to learn a bit more. She said it was because the body finds it hard to digest.

Do you want a recommendation of one? Where do you live? I have seen one as have my dd and ds -the one we saw was brilliant, and better than the Hospital consultants for sorting out my dd food allergies

You can get ill from pork if this (or any other meat for that matter) is undercooked.

Why not get a blood test done to see if this sheds light on why you are feeling so ill. It may not be anything to do with eating cooked meat products at all.

Hi - my very bad pmt was stopped completely when I came off dairy and yeast - I had been getting it like that from early teens - the difference was amazing - food allergies can upset hormones as I found out - dd bloods on food allergies were very innacurate (hence going to the Kneisologist) Would really ensure getting a good recommendation on one though - I think some people are not that good to be honest! Mine would be able to recommend someone in London if that would be any good?

We saw Jackie Norton in Hartbury, Gloucestershire - she works/owns Prestberries Natural therapies clinic in Hartbury

She is semi-retired and Senior Kneisologist (if you can call them that?) so much so that she trains other Knesiologists, her telephone number is 01452 700306, I believe she isn't taking on new patients due to her retirement but she would be able to give you the number of someone in London

Good luck
