have you tried putting your finger in?
or, get your dp to have a look and see what he thinks?

Did you have stitches? Is it possible you were stitched too tight and have healed not quite right? This is pretty common, and relatively easy to fixc. If it feels wrong, and sex is painful, I think you should see your GP.

Sounds like the stitch was pulled too tight. I know three people who've had a small operation (day surgery) to fix this - it's pretty common. After you've had a baby, it's swollen, so it can be hard to work out what to stitch where, iyswim.

Just say that you don't think you've healed right after having your baby and could he refer you please?

Or see the practice nurse.

You need to get it sorted though, for your sex life and your health - no way you can have a smear like that.

After dd1 I had 3rd degree tearing which meant 6 stitches inside and 6 outside but things never really seemed right down there. then I had dd2 and had a 2nd degree tear and when I asked how many stitches I had the mw said 1 long one like yourself (very confusing) now I have flappy bits of tissue not painful but god help I ever have sex with someone other than dh they will think I'm really weird

That doesn't really help you now though does it?
Couldn't she give you something to help with the pain. Sit in front of the tv tonight with a bag of frozen peas on you're bits.
