Adult Healing Time

I've noticed that over the past few years it takes me much longer to heal after a bruise, cut, etc. Is this a factor of ageing, or is there something I can do to improve/shorten the time it takes to heal?

Perhaps you are run down? More sleep, relaxation, good food and less stress would help. Nice thought eh?

Yes, I'm feeling a bit run down, so you may be right that a routine/lifestyle change is what's called for. I guess I was thinking the solution could be something as simple as "take more vitamins" or "use this cream" or "eat more chocolate"!

I like the eat more chocolate one! It will improve your state of mind apparently, not sure it will help you waistline or skin though!

I've found this too. Arnica cream for bruises and aloe vera gel for cuts/burns (NOT as first aid for burns, but afterwards) works a treat.
