My cold sore is throbbing and huge and has a head on it. It hurts . If i pop it will I end up with a scab all over my head by the morning?

Well, it actually had two heads on it. Squeezed as hard as I could but apart from the first pop, it's still throbbing and now smarting slightly from the witch hazel. Oh, and bleeding. [yuk]
