OVEX for worms - How long til the evil creatures die!!

Hi, my dd & ds have worms I discovered last night, they've had an Ovex tablet this morning, but it doesn't say anywhere on the leaflet how long it will actually take for the critters to die. Does anyone know????? I'd really like them to be dead before I look again, the wriggling left me feeling very queasy!

it varies - usually 2 days or so, sometimes 3. Bleurgh...
