Priting error on Canon Pixma ip4000

After printing happily with no problems over the weekend my printer has now decided to print photos very strangely. Basically anything black comes out a bright purple colour!

Have cleaned nozzles, deep cleaned. Restarted both printer and PC. Tried different photos all are coming out the same.

Anyone had experience of this? Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
