How can I make numbers disapear to reveal a prize on powerpoint please?

Thanks but that wont work, I need to creat like a grid of numbers and the winner clicks on their number to see what they have won.

I'm sure it can be done but how?

There are 6 numbers and I hyperlinked each to link to a new slide (statitng the prize) on mouse click!
