How do I share a video clip that I took on my camera?

I took some video footage of my son swimming today and I want to send it to my MIL in Spain...So, how do I do it?

I can't attach it to an email.

Can I upload it to something like Youtube, but more private?

I tried Photobucket, but it kept hanging and kicking me out, so I gave up!

You can upload it to Youtube and only make it viewable to people you invite I think.
