Help????.........Business addresses (microsoft word)

i need to copy and paste all the businesses addresses from the invoices on Microsoft word (its all saved on the disc).

is there a software (or maybe on the Microsoft office) that my DP be able to press a letter "B " for eg and all the businesses under the letter "B" shows up on the screen without him looking for it? or do i need to put it all in the Alphabetical order??

Word isn't really the ideal place for you to do this ! Go into the disc, then copy all of it into an Excel file. You can then search for anything you want. If you want a hand formatting the excel file into what you want, I'm happy to help. Just let me know
