Skype help

I regularly use my iPad to Skype my sister, however it has become very annoying of late and I can't figure out how to rectify it.

If my sister skypes me there is no problem. However, if I Skype her she cannot see me. I can see her but there is no picture of me at all. It appears that my camera is turned off.

I have fiddled and faffed with it to no avail. If any clever person could tell me why it's suddenly started doing this, and how to correct it, I would be more than grateful.
