SOS how to share folders with colleagues ?

I am a teacher in 5 different schools and want to share work that I update daily with colleagues in them all.
Drop box ? Large storage so would I need to pay ?
Website ? Would need to be private though as got confidential things on. Also, I have thousands and thousands of files and don't want to upload each individually
Wikispace ?
Other ideas?
All new to me !
Thanks a million !!!

One drive on hotmail/outlook - you can share a folder and drag any files into it. You choose who you want to have access to it and can chose to give them editing rights or not - so they can view files only or upload their own contributions also.

That's a really straight forward way, everyone just needs a hotmail/outlook email address to access.

Google docs? What email platform do you use?

A shared Dropbox would work for this. The free storage is pretty generous so you as long as you are not storing video files you'd get an awful lot of documents in there.
If your files are in folders already I'm fairly sure you can just drag the folders into Dropbox, or just select all and upload them.

Forgot to say, whichever option you choose check it can be used through the schools internet connections. I know some filters can block file sharing. Ours doesn't seem to discriminate, I can use box and Dropbox but not copy or sugarsync (Dropbox type accounts)

Nothing worse then setting it all up and finding it is blocked in work

Thanks for all tips so far.
I do have lots of video files which take up a lot of storage as I am a language teacher and have lots of short you tube clips eg songs !
Does anyone know if there is a system like Dropbox but with more free storage ??? I like the look of Dropbox as it looks so user friendly ! Not looked at one drive yet ... Any views about that ?

This article might be helpful.

Dropbox is always my ordered choice, however you may struggle with storage. You can get up too 16GB for free if you can get friends and colleagues to sign up. They need to create and account from your referral and you get extra space

Apparently Google drive don't count short video clips in your allowance so that might be good for you.

You're not in Wales by any chance? If so the best option would be your Hwb+ Drive which I think may be unlimited and is allows for file sharing

Or do your LA have a platform with teacher accounts where you could share files?

The internet was actually invented for this.

Teachers pay teachers if you are ok about sharing them and getting an income from it.
