Basically my 10yr old DD wants an iPad but that is not going to happen!! She wants to be able to contact her pals, Instagram ,google hangout,take pics and play apps. I don't want her to have a proper phone as she doesn't go anywhere that she would need one. So the compromise she has come up with is an iPod touch. This will be paid for with her own money-if that makes any difference- but I just want her to get something that will last her and not be a bit of a waste.
