Not so much parental controls but is there a way of getting the thing to switch off automatically at a certain time to stop my DCs playing them well into the night. Only curious, I know perfectly well that I could just wrestle them from them! I'm just thinking about the school holidays to limit them to an hour or two a day - thanks x

Absolutely. As with any Android device, there are a wealth of parental control apps available which include some that allow you set time limits.
