Best Phone for Camera/Screen?

I have a really old phone (prob about 5 years!), and reluctantly need to upgrade.
Apart from calls & texts i I am really looking for a phone which I can take good photos on and has a good screen to view them on.
Not bothered about anything else really, but am on a tight budget so pref the cheaper the better.
Anyone got any ideas for me? TIA

The best three cameras on phones right now are the Nokia Lumia 1020, the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the HTC One with the later being the least expensive of the bunch. But it really depends what your 'tight' budget is.

I'd go for the galaxy S4 personally.

iPhones have perfectly serviceable cameras but certainly not the best out there and definitely not suitable for a tight budget.
