Free - no nasty surprises, extra costs or fees - build your own website for kids

Does anyone know of a site that will allow the kids to build their own site for a school project?

They have to come up with a product and website, so it doesn't need to be 'live' but functional! They are 10 years old, so not too techy!

My DD built one about her teddy bear on wix.com a couple of years ago - she was only 7.5 at the time.

Not sure how it works these days but afaik it's still free so definitely worth a look.
