I'm a tad annonyed.

Dann thing keeps rebooting. Just shuts itself off and goes through a whole reboot. Usually it sucks the battery almost dry too (so will be on a half battery then drop to yellow when it starts working again).

Every single day! The handset and battery are less than a month old.

I've tried all the usuals - taking battery out, making sure all downloads are up to date etc.

My supplier says it 'shouldn't do that' (no shit sherlock) but if I wanted to replace it, I'd need to send it back and it would take ten days to replace.

Are the 9320s just rubbish? Could they being 'jammed' in some way (it happens often in certain places, but I have a routine so it could be coincidence).

I've just spoken to my suppliegrrrrrr. I have to send it back to them. Then it takes 'approx 10 days' to replace it (although Mr Helpflu let slip that it was within 28 days). So I would have no phone for up to 28 days (assuming that wasn't business days).
