Google Play gift voucher.... please help me help ds spend it!

He got £10 for his bday. He is 9.

I'd never heard of google play before.

He has his own netbook and dh's old phone which he uses for listening to music and playing free apps - not as a phone iyswim...

Any tips / recommendations / advice very gratefully received...

google play is where you download the apps from so he could use the card to get paid for apps.

Is there anything else he can use it for? Audio books? £10 on apps is OTT for a 9yo is it not?

when I click on the Play store on my phone it brings up several categories e.g. Apps, Games, Movies & TV, Music, Books, Magazines so I assume the money could be used in any of those categories
