Are any of these 3 laptops any good?

So we are buying dd1 a laptop for her birthday.
She is going to college in September so will be using it for that, and the usual internet stuff and photos.

We have seen these 3 laptops which are similarly priced within our budget but wondered if anyone has any idea whether they are any good or not?

ds has one similar to the second one . However with W8 she may prefer the option of touch screen
