DD1 has new laptop.. connects wirelessly to virgin broadband . Has not had any problems until last night when it stopped connecting. It is just over a week old.
It now has that message.. says it's connecting but web pages blank.
It's an HP Pavillion G6 and came with Windows 8.
Any suggestions other than taking it back?!!? I suspect it should be a simple fix but she is has no technical knowledge and neither do I:(
