Best place to buy iPad from?

Dh wants one for his birthday. Fair enough as he's been drooling over ten since they came out! :)

Does it make a difference where I buy it from?

I got DS1 an I Pad Mini directly from the Apple Store. They put his name on it (v small mind) for free.

I am rather keen on John Lewis' 2 year guarantees, so that's where I tend to go. Otherwise I would go direct to Apple. If you have a problem with an Amazon bought product you are on your own, pretty much.

I got mine from John Lewis because of their two year guarantee and when I eventually get a MacBook it'll be with them too.
