i've not seen a wasp yet. seen lots of bees though, very fat ones.

We keep seeing ladybirds... but that's because there are nests of them in the house and when the heating is on for a long-time they all wake up and wander about. It's happened with butterflies too on previous years.

Have also seen a couple of bumble-bees outside this year and a drowned green caterpillar on the drive today.

i have also seen a big fat bee. no ants yet, although my mum has loads at the moment.

i too can offer ants aplenty to sit on your log. and frogspawn (but luckily not in my house), bumble bees and a honey bee yesterday.
