Geraniums

I have some beautiful Geraniums in pots and in the ground. They have been fantastic giving lots of flowers and because of the mild weather are still flourishing. I would like to save them for next year. I dont want them in the house and dont have a greenhouse. I have an unheated summerhouse with lots of windows, could I keep them in their over winter? Also do I have to prune them and should I take cuttings? Thanks

I'm assuming you mean pelargoniums. They are only half-hardy and will need to spend the winter in a frost-free place.
