oh, lovely. One of dh's customers is friends with him and apparently he is LOVELY!

He's my hero, he'll be talking about the work he's doing with disaffected young people. Both DP and I are Youth Workers. though I don't do much with that age group now, so it'll be really good to see how he's overcome the animosity in a rural community.
I admire he way he's been so open about his depression; he talked about it when I was at my lowest and it really helped.
And, of course, he is Gardening Giant, no frills or frippery, just stuff you think you can try yourself, in your tiny garden.
All that and Tamsin, who I saw in Much Ado in January, I'm sooooo excited

We planted broad beans last night!! It was very exciting as DP usually does the 'Hard Work' ie building, digging etc while I plant things; I was desperate to get the beans in so DP planted some too.
I'll let you know about Monty; we're going in our new tent to Hay. My DD says we've bought such a big one so that we can invite Monty and Tamsin back for G&Ts, do you think they'd be interested?
