Californian Wonder peppers- do I pinch out the growing tips? Conflicting advice...

Hi all, is there anybody else growing these peppers as above, and if so, do/did you pinch out the growing tips?

The plants have about 5 peppers on them, one of which is medium sized, the rest small. Obviously I want them to grow bigger, but some people say pinch out the growing tips to encourage the energy into the already developing peppers, and some say they never did this.

Any advice? They live in my greenhouse (unheated, plastic covered variety).

Is it just personal preference? They don't seem to have grown much since the last time I looked....or am I being impatient?
