Please help me identify this flower

I threw a load of wild seeds into pots back in April and they've grown pretty nicely ( they were a cheap BnM box too).

I really love these flowers - the big pink ones. Does anyone know what they are? They look a little like carnations?

I hadn't realised that there were different types of poppy - Im very new to gardening!
