Planting now?

I'm redoing my front garden and was thinking of planting some things now. Is it a good time? I was thinking of lavender, thyme, verbena, coreopsis verticillata, salvia caradonn, wallflowers.

Thanks

Apologies for spelling I'm in the phone !

I have some little lavender plants that I got as plugs a few weeks ago. They are around 6-10cm tall now in pots in my little greenhouse. Can I plant them outside now? I though I had to wait until next Spring?? TIA

That's quite small so probably best to over-winter them in your greenhouse to be on the safe side.
