Fruit for north and east facing walls

Just bought a house which has a neglected orchard in a walled garden. I'm planning espaliered peaches and pears for the south facing wall, but a bit stuck what to do with the north and east facing walls, which are currently just covered with ivy and snowberries. There are already plenty of apples within the orchard. The west facing side is a yew hedge. Any suggestions welcome!

North facing wall, I think you can use Morello cherries there.

How about nuts or blackcurrants for the east facing wall?
