I have ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - which makes me susceptible to viruses & easily tired

I have IBS - which makes me tire easily

I have arthritis

I have a partial prolapse & a repaired bladder

I also have a life & I enjoy it loads

I don't have a clue what to write

I guess I may (sometimes) need extra time to do work (if I am having a bad time)

I might as well give up now - if all you take is what is written down

Gosh I was feeling self-indulgent & miserable

Mind you I still don't know what to write

I think perhaps I should be condemned

Is it your first OU course?
They are actually quite flexible with deadlines in any case, so long as you have a legitimate reason, so I really don't think you will have any problems.

Don't give up yet! wink

Their student support are absolutely fantastic, why don't you give one of them a ring and chat it through with them.

I think you should be able to set out your issues pretty much how you have here and consider if there is anything else they can do to support you. They may ask for a doctor's note to confirm medical lessons.

Really?

That makes me feel a bit better

I suppose my resistance to illness is quite low

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o
For a wink, , type [wink]
For a shocked face, , type [shock]
For an angry face, , type [angry]
For an embarrassed face, , type [blush]
For a sad face, , type [sad] or :(
For an envious face, , type [envy]
For a sceptical face, , type [hmm]

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
