Hi there
I have been managing my own business for past 14 years dealing with:
Book keeping
Day to day running of the business
Staff Rota & shifts
Setting up services offered to customers
Set up the prices and liaise with printing company
Staff wages
Human Resources
Stock control, orders
Meeting with Reps
Taking bookings
Greeting customers
Taking payments
Dealing with customer complaints
Marketing the business using social Media: Facebook & Twitter, shop front design with sign & images...
Can anyone please tell me how I can convert all these years of Experience into a recognised degree!
Thank you

You may get some exception for some of the first year of a relevant degree - maybe one or two modules exemption, but you'd have to contact the individual universities and ask them to assess your prior experience. as they all have different requirements. They'd expect evidence, and may charge for assessing your portfolio. Good luck!

What degree do you want and what do you want it for? Is it just a stepping stone to something else? A Mner might be able to suggest an alternative path if you don't want to complete a degree and just want/need the piece of paper.

Thank you for your replies, I would like both, a paper recognising the Experience I have amassed along the years and if it would open up a door or put my foot into pursuing a degree, Why not, someone suggested an MBA !!!

Similar position to you, currently doing an MBA. It is worth it.
